What helps you quote faster?

Drawings, and photos of the site or the fault, which you can email to our office. For maintenance or a repair, include your work order number.

Do you attend site before quoting?

Yes. For quoted work we attend site and scope it in person, then send a written quote. Maintenance and repair work can be booked straight from your enquiry or work order.

What are your hours?

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. Outside those hours, 1300 159 857 still reaches us for burst fire services, major water leaks and our existing commercial clients, and we schedule work outside normal hours where a site needs it. We do not run a general after-hours domestic plumbing service.
